Ugh.

Almost every day, Dan and I go to a grocery store for lunch. About a week and a half ago, I decided, “Hey, we are in a grocery store. I have been wanting fruit. Grocery stores sell fruit.” Yeah, sometimes I am slow.
So, for the past week and a half, I have been buying oranges, ugli fruit and the like. I also have been eating salads, with the weather warming up. There is only one problem.
My tummy hurts.
Not from eating to much. I have been thinking of Weight Watcher’s core plan, and the foods on that list. I think it’s the sudden extra fiber intake. Because, honestly, I am always not the most healthy eater.
If my tummy doesn’t stop hurting soon, maybe I should balance things out with some french fries.

I cant eat alot of salads, they lettuce and greens will mess up my tummy bad.
Yeah, health food makes me sick.
Give it a day or two. I used to get very gassy from just the regular veggies but after a week or so, it stopped.
It’s tough staying beautiful, isn’t it?
Seriously, if I eat more fiber, I bloat up and also have stomach pains…
OMG Woman! you have to BUILD up fiber intake!!! Get those emergency french fries now!
Shades - Things have been coming out fine. Trust me.
Mel - I limit the lettuce and put the healthy stuff I like on top.
JQ - It would be easier if healthy food tasted like french fries.

buffalodickdy - I have been trying to drink more water, to go along with the fiber.
Dutchy - I had them last night. LOL!
I hear ya.
Funny you mentioned this because Charming and I just started a new diet plan and have been eating a lot more salads and suddenly my stomache hurts all the time. I thought my acid reflux was just acting up but I think now I know the answer.
